How do you think this pie would keep? I wanted to make it tomorrow and then serve it for Thanksgiving, but I'm not sure if the layers will mix together and mush everything up. Maybe better to wait and make it the day of? It'll keep fine for at least 24 hours - make it tomorrow... PJH
