I should get some of the mini diced ginger ths week (if the UPS man can make it up the hill!) Was wondering how much of it I should add to these to give them just a little spark every other bite or so. (Oh, and this is one of the recipes I have marked ALWAYS DOUBLE. If the recipe isn't doubled, they disappear before they've cooled!) Here's what I do - start mixing it in, and when it looks like enough - stop! :) PJH
