I'm intrigued by the idea of using bacon fat - if I use butter (I prefer softer cookies), how would I adjust and add the bacon fat? 'cuz I gotta go make some of these right now!!! HI Mindy, We haven't tried the bacon fat version here in the kitchen. Stanville and others, any hints for Mindy?? Thanks! ~ MaryJane
