Can these be mixed then frozen? If so, what is the adjusted baking time? Hi - We addressed just this question in our FREEZE blog from last year. Surprisingly, the time adjustment isn't too significant. I found that cookie dough that needs to be chilled first bakes the same either frozen or chilled. For this dough, where you don't chill it first, I'd imagine the baking time might be an extra minute or so. Bake one first, as a test. Good luck - PJH
