These look sooo yummy, as soon as I saw the blog post I began craving them! If I were to substitute unsalted butter for the margarine would I need to add more salt, or is the salt amount in the recipe enough? Angela, shortening is the fat of choice here. I wouldn't recommend margarine; but if you substitute unsalted butter, no need to adjust the salt, as shortening doesn't have any salt. PJH
