I would love to make this recipe tonight but I have everything except for the white whole wheat on hand. I do have KAF bread flour and and AP flour. Will those do? Also, if they will, will I have to change any measurements? Thanks! Just use all-purpose flour 100% - no adjustments should be needed. Enjoy! PJH
