Please can you post the recipe for Tiger Loaf? It is available in UK supermarkets but I can't get it in Spain. It is a light airy white 'Bloomer' style loaf, freeform, with a stripy crust. The crust is quite thin and the loaf is very tender. I think there is a hint of sesame oil in it somewhere too. I've looked and looked but have not seen any recipe that comes close. Also a techie question - I can bake wonderful rolls, light and airy but if I use the same recipe for free form loaves I have terrible problems. Usually the loaves spread and end up like doorstops - unless I bake them in a tin! What am I doing wrong there? HI Sandra, For the loaves, you aren't doing anything wrong, it's just the recipes need the support of a pan to be successful. Some recipes can't handle the truth about being free form, they need structure. For the Tiger Loaf, I'll see if we can talk Halley into sending PJ and I over to the UK for a research trip. Barring that, I'll add it to the wish list. :) ~ MaryJane
