This panforte recipe is wonderful! I made it last Christmas according to directions and just made it again, even though it’s not Christmas time. I candied my own tangerine peels but didn’t have enough so added citron and some King Arthur Baker’s Fruit Blend to get up to 454 grams of “candied fruit” the recipe calls for. Thanks for the very helpful photos in your blog!
