Hmm, I wonder if one used only cherries, walnuts, and pineapple, would it come out similar to the Harry & David "Fruit Cake Confection"? Not familiar with that particular Harry & David treat, Karen, but might as well give it a try, right? The choice of fruits/nuts sounds delicious... PJH
