I made biscuits with cooking oil because my Daddy always wanted a sopping biscuit. I can't wait to try these. Can I use the Hi Maize flour instead of all-purpose? Sure, give it a try - your results may be slightly different (possible lower rise), but should be quite acceptable. PJH
