Would it be possible to roll the dough out directly in the pan? I think I'd have trouble rolling out a sticky dough and then transferring it. Yes, you can try that. You may not find this dough as sticky as you may expect. Roll onto a piece of parchment paper. Then try rolling the dough onto your rolling pin to make the transfer. Good luck! Elisabeth
