When you convert commercial store bought wheat flour to freshly ground flour, does the amount you need change? I assume it is pretty clear cut when you measure in grams and ounces, but what about when things call for a cup of something, does one flour weight more than the other? Do you have any suggestions so we do not use too much flour when switching between the two? Thanks so much!
