Hi there, Jacqueline! We might suggest adding some malted wheat flakes to your bread, you could leave them whole or grind them up a bit but they'll help to impart more flavor than the whole wheat flour alone. Our malted wheat flakes are currently out of stock but they can often be found in health food stores. We'd recommend adding about 1/2 cup (64 grams) to your bread, adding additional liquid if needed to make the dough the proper consistency. Hulled pumpkin and sunflower seeds can commonly be found at grocery stores in the snack aisle. We hope this helps and happy baking!
