I grew up with a similar recipe - we didn't have that big of a bowl so we just scrubbed and thoroughly dried the sink and dumped everything in it for mixing - talk about easy clean up. Reminds me of my very good friend's mother. She mixes her granola in her kitchen sink too! Elisabeth
