Looking forward to making this treat but will try the microwave method as I can't picture stirring caramel popcorn on a baking sheet with parchment on it. Suzanne, I make this caramel corn regularly and stir the popcorn (on parchment, on a pan) in the oven, and it works fine. It clumps together a bit at first, but gradually dries and separates. Give it a try - PJH
