Corn syrup. I don't like to use it. Is there something I can use in its place? I love this recipe! I sing my praises to Carol every time I make it. I am sure you will find it addicting, just as I have. Try using some maple syrup or honey. I do not believe we have tested using either, but it should work. Let us know how it goes, Beth. Elisabeth
