Just made a double batch of this for the school bake sale. A great alternative to baking cookies or cupcakes (and can be done ahead of time!), and it's so easy to portion out in bags for selling. It's always a hit. And, of course, we save a few bags out for us as well... Great idea, caramel corn for a bake sale - I need to keep that in mind! :) PJH
