Discovering your flour made my angel food cake fluffy and light and I haven't bought another flour since. Recently I discovered that this website had tons of recipes and just in time for Christmas! YEEEHOO! I can't wait to try a bunch of the wonderful creations on here. I make lots of confections and box up samplers for friends....Two questions: can I make these into bite sized pieces so they'll fit in my samplers?? Also, will they keep at room temperature once coated in chocolate? Hello - I think you could definitely make these into mini bars. We stored these in the refrigerator after making them. I'm afraid the chocolate may become a little soft if you leave that at room temperature for extended periods of time. - kelsey
