Just a thought...wonder if peanut butter would work in place of the caramel? I love both!! I'm sure peanut butter would work well. If you want it to have a thicker texture like in real candy bars, mix a couple of tablespoons of confectioners' sugar into the peanut butter. It will be more firm, not so spreadable, so you can roll it out and pat it out with your fingers. ~ MaryJane
