This sounds like something I used to eat (and have tried unsuccessfully many times to recreate) in England called Millionaire Shortbread - I can't wait to try this! I don't buy salted butter usually - is there a proportion of salt I could add or will I have to run to the grocery store right away? Thanks! 1 stick of Salted Butter contains 1/4 teaspoon of salt.
