I made brown sugar salted caramel, and used dark chocolate to cover the top. I used too much chocolate (yes, it IS possible to have too much chocolate) for the top. Next time, I will use a much thinner chocolate layer. And, oh. My. Goodness. They were unbelievably amazing! So good.
