How would the pitas be stored for a couple of days? Are they only good when fresh? They look like we could eat them all at once but that might be a bit too much for the two of us. They look yummy! You could wrap them tightly in plastic wrap and store them in the freezer until you need them. Then lightly toast them before eating! Kelsey@KAF
