Mark Wisecarver September 20, 2010 at 3:52pm Bom Ricardo. My wife is from Brazil and we both have Lebanese family. I've been making the traditional breads since the early 60's. One tip, higher heat. We always shoot for at least 540 degrees. 800 degrees is best but in a home oven crank it up. Reply
