I made 4 loaves Hokkaido milk bread and is currently in the refrigerator to be baked tomorrow. Around midnight I realized I left out the 2 Tablespoons of dry baker milk powder.
I’m wondering should I slowly incorporate it or not before proofing or just bake with out the dry bakers milk powder.
