Depends on how much butter was called for in the recipe. Usually it's just a few tablespoons to add shine and a velvety texture. In that case, yes it will still set in the fridge overnight. If you find it doesn't set, scoop it into trifle glasses or mugs and serve it as mousse! Kye@KAF
