I tried a new caramel frosting recipe that calls for cooking 3 cups brown sugar and 1 cup of cream. After boiling it you add 2 Tbsp butter and 2 tsp salt. after cooling beat in 1/2 cup of powdered sugar. It is creamy but way too salty. Can this frosting be saved?
