OMG, I couldn't have come across this at a better time than now! I was nervous I am currently baking a wedding cake and noticed the batter smelled like biscuit dough. Sure enough I'd forgotten the sugar. Such a relief to learn adding sugar at the last minute isn't going to doom the batch. Thank you so much!! Oh and the biscuit pics made my night!!
