Help! I just realized after pulling my bittersweet chocolate and pear cake (http://www.thebookerycook.com/al-di-las-chocolate-pear-cake/) from the oven that I forgot to add the second half of the flour. The cake sctually doesn't look terrible, although it is certainly much more dense than it otherwise would have been. Do I bring the cake to my in-laws for thanksgiving or eat it alone in my kitchen out of shame?
