Changing the subject a bit, do you have anything on glazed yeast donuts? How about baked yeast donuts? I love donuts. But I don't like deep frying and need to watch the fat in my food. I get Maple Glazed yeast donuts as a special treat when I get to Canada. We have a recipe for raised donuts in our Baker's Companion.
