These look great! Should the mashed potatoes have the butter and milk in them or not? Could you use potato flour instead? I also had a problem with getting the recipe link to work. Pure goodness. I am sorry you had some trouble getting to the recipe. The site is being worked on so please check back later. We would have to check with Irene on the potato flour substitution.
