Hi Perry, we haven't tried this, but we think using 1/2 cup of potato flour and increasing the milk to 3/4 cup might give you just about the right consistency in your doughnuts. They should still have the quintessential soft, moist texture that makes Mashes Potato Doughnuts so delicious. Enjoy! Kye@KAF
