This looks great, and I would love to make for my parents' upcoming visit. Do you think it would freeze well if I made it a week ahead of time? Thanks! Yes, Betsy, I think it would freeze just fine. If freezer space isn't an issue, make it, but don't bake. Wrap well, and freeze. The night before you want to serve, put it in the fridge to thaw. Next day, bake. Fresh baked! PJH
