OOO. This looks like it could make me the hit of the office meeting. :) Any suggestion for an icing with a bit of a maple flavor? Katherine, make the icing with maple syrup as the liquid, instead of boiled cider. Enhance with maple flavoring, if you have it. Should indeed be the hit of the meeting! PJH
