I use your no-roll vegetable oil pie crust for health reasons....by the way....it is very very good! I think I will see if I can use it for the Apple Slab and see if it would work. I have all of your books and your videos and take the Baking Sheet. I am so very impressed with your customer service!!!! Everyone at KAF is so nice. Keep up the good work!!!! I will let you know how the no-roll crust works with the Apple Slab. Should work fine - it'll be a bit more delicate to move around, I think, but as I said, don't worry about any tears- they're easily patched. Good luck, and enjoy! PJH
