Do you think this would work with finely ground whole wheat breadcrumbs? I don't have Panko or corn flakes in the house, and I'd love to make this without a run to the store. Sure, though I wouldn't grind them too finely; not sawdusty. Toast them if you can so they're crisp... PJH
