These look absolutely delicious! I live in Germany {my amazing soldier husband was Posted here -- lucky us!}, so my little government leased backyard isn't big enough for a garden. I am tempted to go buy some zucchini, though, so that I can make these muffins! My husband is currently deployed, so I haven't been baking much. Don't want to have to eat everything myself!
