Wish I had this last week when a girl from work gave me a 6lb 6oz giant zucchini! (Yep, I had to weigh that monster.) As it turned out I made two batches of the chocolate zucchini cake, and that seemed to go over quite well. :) Definitely a tasty thing to do with zucchini - amazing how you'd never know there was zucchini in that cake, huh? :) PJH
