I love Baked Alaska, and alas do not have time to make it much at all. This is going to be such a fun and portion controlled substitute. Thanks for the great idea! I think I might make a party out of these, have everyone bring their favorite ice cream, and we can make them all together. My friends love it when I have a make it yourself party. Now I am excited! Fantastic idea Lish! Be sure to plan out a little time for the scoops to freeze solid before assembly, and a bit of time for the meringue to freeze up too.
