Never having made baked Alaska, I'm wondering - doyou serve these right away so you have the contrast of the hot and cold? or can you store them in the freezer? Hi Sue, Yes, you do serve them right after you torch them for the hot/cold sensation. If you don't want to serve all of them at once, only torch the ones you will be eating and keep the rest in the freezer. It makes a nice romantic dessert for two while you and your sweetie watch Shark Week on Discovery Channel. (who, me? ) ~ MaryJane
