I love this idea - individual Baked Alaska Cookies. I will definitely be trying this one soon. For what it's worth, I got the joke (safety scissors) loud and clear. One of the reasons I enjoy reading your Banter posts so much is that they read like a good friend is talking you through the steps. Keep it up.
