Wow, I've never had baked Alaska before but this definitely makes me want some! Do you have any other alternatives to the kitchen torch apart from the blowtorch? Wei Wei Hi Wei Wei, You can broil the frozen Alaska in the oven until it browns up. If you are serving a bunch at a time, it's actually easier to broil them. Hope you have fun with this. ~ MaryJane
