Lessons learned in making cherry clafouti: Don't use KA white whole wheat flour (didn't have all-purpose flour, so I substituted). I'd like it a little sweeter...maybe 1 cup of sugar, instead of 1/2. Would also be a nice breakfast treat...especially without additional sugar. :) Thanks for sharing your results. ~ MaryJane
