How do you think this would be with sour cherries? I have at least 10 quart bags of pitted cherries in my freezer. Thought a little powdered sugar on the top wouldn't hurt either. Sandy, I think it would be fine just as you describe. Perhaps increase the sugar n the batter a smidgen? Go for it! PJH
