Wow-I've never seen a clafouti rise so high! This looks like an impressive dessert--most clafouti recipes end up looking like a flat pancake studded with fruit. Still delicious, but not as impressive as this one! Well, it DOES sink rather quickly - like one of those oven pancakes. But it's awfully tasty... PJH
