Could I use Signature Secrets instead of ClearJel? Hey there, I haven't tried making the cream pies with Signature Secrets. I find it a bit grainy at times. You might want to try just using it to thicken and stabilize a small batch of whipped cream first. Let us know how it goes. ~ MaryJane
