A couple of weeks ago I was sooo nostalgic for lefse that I grabbed one of my sons flour flour tortillas and buttered and sugared it and ATE it. Yeah, I was desperate I tell you, desperate! AJ, totally missing the potato aspect - maybe if you'd spread it with the thinnest layer of mashed potatoes first...? :) PJH
