Hey Bakers! I made this last night and it is delicious and SO easy! I halved the recipe and used my 6 inch cast iron skillet and made it with peaches from a can. I also sprinkled sugar on top and turned my broiler on and caramelized the top of the cake after it was done cooking on the stove top. It added a nice crust! thanks!
