Have a new convection toaster oven coming and I'm going to order a bag of my favorite "Triple Berry Blend". (raspberries/blueberries/ blackberries). Think this will bake up very well in my glass baking pan! I've also made something similar using rhubarb/strawberry. "Diet?", "What diet"?! AJ - the words "diet" and "summer" fight with each other, don't they? Just be sure to share whatever you bake - that's one way of cutting calories! :) PJH
