Has anyone tried this in a much larger, dark bottom, non-stick electric skillet? I'm pretty sure I'd have to double the recipe but not sure how to adjust the temperature and cooking time. MaryEllen, use the same temperature, and check frequently while cooking - that would be my best advice. PJH
