I'm getting hungrier by the second reading these comments. I like the idea of using a square glass baking pan - nicer looking on the table, that's all. Should the first layer be heated in the oven before adding the second layer? 35-minute baking time is after adding second layer? Also, what is the main ingredient in Pie Filling Enhancer? Instant tapioca? You can see I'm a worrywart. Definitely want to try it soon.
